Can I exchange an item?

If your order has been shipped, we invite you to wait to receive it and then contact our Customer Service to request a return. We remind you that once confirmed, the order can no longer be cancelled.

The right applies to the product purchased by the Customer considering it in its entirety. It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased.

Pursuant to article 55 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that the sale concerns products made to measure or personalized or which by their nature cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly.

 

How can I return an item?

You must contact our Customer Service to have the return authorization created before sending the product back to us.

 

I received a different product than the one ordered, what should I do?

In the event that the product you received is different from the one you ordered, www.cereriadigiorgio.it will take full responsibility for the return. You will need to contact our Customer Service who will create the authorization for the Return Service and coordinate with the courier to organize the collection, without any additional costs. A new waybill will be generated which will be sent to you by email and which you will have to print and apply to the package. As soon as the goods are returned to the warehouse, their conditions will be checked and subsequently, within approximately 30 days, the refund will be processed. Goods returned in conditions unsuitable for return will not be refunded. The refund will be credited back to you based on the payment method selected at the time of purchase. You will receive confirmation via email to the address left in the order.

 

I received a product that I don't like, what do I do?

If you don't like the product purchased, just contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the goods to request return authorization and send the package back to the warehouse of origin at your expense. Once the goods are returned to the warehouse, their conditions will be checked and subsequently, within approximately 30 days, the refund will be processed. Goods returned in conditions unsuitable for return will not be refunded. The refund will be automatically issued to the credit card you used to make the purchase and you will receive confirmation via email to the address left in the order.

 

I received a defective product, what should I do?

How can I check the shipping status of my return?

If you have the waybill number, you can check the shipment of the return through the website of the courier used, otherwise by contacting our Customer Service it will be possible to check the status of the shipment.

 

What do I do if I have lost the return consignment note number?

Simply contact our Customer Service who will check the Return Service procedure and provide you with the waybill number.

 

When do you make the refund?

As soon as the goods return to our warehouse, for any reason, their conditions will be checked and subsequently, within approximately 30 days, the refund will be processed.

 

What do I do if the amount I was refunded is not accurate?

Contact our Customer Service, who will verify the amount that has been refunded to you and will credit you with the missing difference.

 

Can I exchange a product purchased on www.cereriadigiorgio.it in store?

Yes but only at our stores in Pomezia and Rome.
